We’re pleased to welcome UUC’s Interim Senior Minister, who began his two-years of service to our congregation on August 1. He and his partner, James Magoffin—also a UU—have found housing not too far from UUC and are busy setting up their household and settling in with pets and all (Doug’s photo here shows off pup Moo). 

Throughout August, Rev. Doug will be focusing on getting to know the congregation. This may include sneaking in to Sunday services from time to time to help him get a feel for us in an informal way. His official welcome will be when he is with us for his first time in UUC’s pulpit, on Homecoming Sunday, September 8, along with the Rev. Beth Chronister, our Assistant Minister.
