Staffing Plan Is Funded — Thank You!

We did it! The campaign to support the new Staffing Plan has been successful. Thanks to a fast, broad-based congregational response, we can extend our Assistant Minister full-time and Director of Ministries half-time through June 30, 2025. We also will be adding a half-time coordinator through June 30 to help sustain and nurture our growing Family Ministry programs. This stability in staffing means that Rev. Doug Wadkins, our interim senior minister, can better focus his energy on guiding us as we discern a

course for our future.

What a fantastic response to this need. Gratitude goes to all who supported this campaign with a positive spirit and generosity. Pledges ranged from $10 to $50,000. And because these gifts exceed the overall $120,000 needed to fund the new Staffing Plan, we will not have to draw from the endowment.

Your support has been invaluable. Thank you. Appreciation also goes to UUC leadership for hearing and responding to member concerns expressed in response to the annual meeting in June. When we all pull together, it pulls us all together.
