Come gather on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 in Nathan Johnson Hall at 6:15 p.m. for soup, salad, bread and solidarity in community with other members and friends of UUC. Contribution of additional food to sustain our bodies are welcome, but not obligatory. This gathering is for all who are interested in tapping into joyful possibilities, while acknowledging our deep sorrows, as we pursue social justice with the spiritual support of our church community. 

This month we host Joey Lopez and E.N. West from the Church Council of Greater Seattle who will provide a framework for grounding our action in a cycle of that characterizes effective social justice work: Listening, Learning, Acting, and Reflecting. Whether you engage in education, social witness, direct action, legislative advocacy, or community organizing, or all of the above, this learning is for you. Be there!
