The next topic in the Foreign Policy Association's Great Decisions 2024 program is Science Across Borders. This topic provides a fitting follow-up to the last one on climate change, as it focuses on solar radiation modification and atmospheric geoengineering to reverse global warming. After reviewing the current state of these technologies, the background materials consider foreign policy and international regulation. The meeting will begin with a Great Decisions video with Jeffrey Morton, Florida Atlantic University, to frame our discussion.
