As the World Religions Hinduism unit comes to an end, the Family & Youth Ministry team invites UUC members and friends to join us in celebrating Holi, the Hindu festival that celebrates the arrival of spring and unity in diversity.

Our UUC group will meet up on the south side of the International Fountain at Seattle Center and then head over to the Mural Amphitheater together. UUC will purchase a supply of organic colored powder packets from vendors and World Religions volunteers and staff will help distribute to families. Attendees can buy more on site if we run out.

The event organizers recommend wearing white clothing that you don’t mind ruining (just in case). Consider bringing a change of clothes or cover your car seats with old sheets to avoid getting color all over your car.
