October’s Second Sunday Plate Collection benefited our congregation's 20-year partnership with Teen Feed. Your generosity funds UUC’s Meal Team, covering our expenses for groceries and supplies to prepare and serve 18 meals each year. With about 1,000 homeless teens in King County, the need, unfortunately, is great. Congregants donated nearly $3,400!

Teen Feed is a critical safety net for homeless teens in our community. It provides homeless teens with advocacy, meals and case management. These supports are essential to the teens living on the streets and in shelters.

Your contributions to our Meal Team's work is central to the teens re-establishing trust with adults, and then envisioning a life beyond homelessness. Thank you to all who contributed!
