Everyone 11 and up is invited to an Ecstatic Dance party. Wear clothes that are good to move in and move as you are able, whether that is tapping your toe or sitting in a chair and breathing, or being more active. Stay the whole time, arrive late, or leave early as you desire. Please email/text me a song or two you like to move to, and I’ll add it to a playlist. 

Childcare will be available (6:45–8:45pm) for infants to 10 year olds. Please email/text me by June 2 if you need childcare. Be sure to include child's/childrens' age(s) and how many children.
