Please join the Board of Trustees and other congregants for a special Congregational Meeting to approve the amended budget.

Our congregation responded quickly and generously to the supplemental fall fundraiser to revise our FY25 staffing plan. We can now extend our Assistant Minister full-time and Director of Ministries half-time through June 30, 2025! We also will add a half-time coordinator through June 30 to help sustain and nurture our growing Family Ministry programs. This stability in staffing means that Rev. Doug Wadkins, our interim senior minister, can better focus his energy on guiding us as we discern a course for our future. Thank you so much for your participation!

In June we approved a budget based on our expected revenues and expenses at that point. Our congregation has now made additional pledges to support the revised staffing plan of $120,000 in compensation and benefits. No endowment funds will be needed for these staff positions thanks to the generous response of the congregation.

We need a quorum of congregants to attend (in-person or via zoom) to approve an amended budget so please participate if you are able to.
