Our next book is Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art by James Nestor. As of this writing, both the King County Library System and the Seattle Public Library have copies available. It is also available in/on used book stores and sites.
We will discuss the first half of the book on January 9 and wrap up discussion on January 23.
