This past spring the Board of Trustees endorsed the Stewardship Committee’s proposal to hold an Opportunities Fair on Sunday, September 29, to showcase all the different opportunities for engagement here at University Unitarian Church.

We, Doug and Patricia Graesser, are co-leading that effort and are seeking a small team of folks interested in helping to plan and carry out the Fair.

We will offer spaces to as many groups as possible to share information about what their group does and how to get involved. We will set up in Nathan Johnson Hall and perhaps other locations as well. (The vision is similar to the "Activities Fairs we used to hold at the beginning of each church year.)

We’ll likely have a couple of team meetings, but the bulk of the effort will be collaborating to solidify the plan for Sunday, September 29, coordinating with groups and staff, and doing set up and take down.
