13–99 year-olds are invited to a move-as-you-are-able dance party! Allow yourself to move as you are able and inspired, whether that means tapping your toe or sitting in a chair and breathing.

Childcare will be available. Please email JoplinVaughan@gmail.com with the names and ages of children.

Feel free to be there the whole time, arrive late, or leave early as you desire. If you arrive late, please come in quietly and take your shoes off (if possible) so as not to interrupt the flow.
