Join the 4th Principle Dialogue Group as we meet with Trustees about how the church can more fully live out our vision. For the past few years, the church’s Board of Trustees has been finding ways to hear more from congregants, and their latest effort is a “Listening Tour.” We in the Dialogue Group naturally value dialogue, and we are grateful for the Trustees’ efforts to hear from congregants. At this session, we will address the following questions and more:

• What aspects of UUC are currently thriving?
• Where do you perceive gaps? 
• How can we collectively address issues, and in what way would you be willing to contribute? 
• Do you have any innovative ideas for fostering meaningful engagement within UUC? 
• What resonates with you in our current Vision Statement?
