Congregation Beth Shalom and Advocates for Immigrants in Detention Northwest (AIDNW) will host a "Lunch & Learn" on federal immigration on July 19. The speakers will be Andrew Hayes, representing Congressman Adam Smith (9th District) and Palmira Figueroa, representing Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal (7th District). They will speak to what two of our local representatives from U.S. Congress are working on in Washington, D.C. with regards to immigration issues. Lunch will be provided by Congregation Beth Shalom.
