All ADULTS are invited to a move-as-you-are-able dance party! Wear clothes that are good to groove and move in. Allow yourself to move as you are able and inspired. Whether that means tapping your toe or sitting in a chair and breathing. The music will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Feel free to be there the whole time, arrive late, or leave early as you desire. If you arrive late, please come in quietly and take your shoes off as not to interrupt the flow.
Please email/text Joplin two or three songs you like to move to, and she'll add it to a playlist. Let’s get the collaboration going!
Childcare will be available. Please email Joplinvaughan@gmail.com with the names and ages of any kids who need childcare.
