Dreamwork Group

Thursdays, November 9, 16 and 30, 6:30–8:30 p.m. at UUC by registration

In the spirit of curiosity, connection and self-discovery, we are excited to announce a three-session dream interpretation group. Dreams have long fascinated and mystified humanity, serving as windows to our inner worlds and subconscious minds. This group will provide a safe, guided and welcoming space to explore these realms together.

Join Rev. Beth Chronister and others in a small group to explore the symbolism and meaning of individual dreams. We will be following Rev. Jeremy Taylor’s projective dream work process, inspired by the work of Carl Jung. Dream work is a process of translating insights, challenges, affirmations, or revelations offered by dream images and stories into waking life understandings. While the dreamer is the ultimate authority of the meaning of their dream, exploring dreams within a group can offer new insights and a wider perspective.

Whether you remember your dreams every night or only glimpses every now and then, you are welcome to join this group. Questions? Email Rev. Beth.

(Please note that these are not three consecutive Thursdays, but rather the 2nd, 3rd and 5th Thursdays in November.)
