UUC's Acting for Racial Justice and Climate Action Teams are sponsoring a talk/fundraiser on indigenous voices and the upcoming United Nations 28th Conference of the Parties climate change conference (COP 28) this November in Dubai.

The Backbone Campaign is helping coordinate a delegation of 15 indigenous activist and wisdom keepers hailing from diverse bio-regions of the world. This delegation will bring a proposal of collective indigenous wisdom to address climate change and chart a sustainable path forward to this fall's UN COP 28.
