All members and friends of UUC are invited to come and share your thoughts and reflections with UUC’s Antiracism Discernment Team on our church’s efforts towards becoming an antiracist community.

Join us at any one of these scheduled times:

• Sunday, October 15, 10:45 a.m. to 12 noon in the Knatvold Room
• Sunday, October 22, 12:45 to 2 p.m. in the Knatvold Room
• Sunday, October 29, 12:45 to 2 p.m. in the Knatvold Room

We will connect with one another in small groups for about 75 minutes and listen deeply to your hopes, fears, and dreams about UUC’s journey to becoming a more antiracist Beloved Community. All are welcome, whether you know a lot about this topic or it is new to you. Newcomers are encouraged to attend.

During these gatherings, we will not debate or make program decisions. We will take some notes, but will not attribute individual comments to specific people. Based on these listening sessions, we will discern key recommendations for putting into action what we are hearing, and these will go to the Board of Trustees, the staff, and our congregation at large.
