ADULTS are invited to a move-as-you-are-able dance party. (Please note the new earlier time.) Allow yourself to move as you are able and inspired, whether that means tapping your toe or sitting in a chair and breathing.

Childcare will be available. Please email JoplinVaughan@gmail.com with the names and ages of any kids who need childcare.

Please email Joplin two or three songs by November 8 and she'll add it to a playlist. Let’s get the collaboration going!

We will try to begin the music promptly. Feel free to be there the whole time, arrive late, or leave early as you desire. If you arrive late, please come in quietly and take your shoes off so as not to interrupt the flow.
