Pink Haven Coalition Meeting

Sunday, May 19, 1–3 p.m. in the Knatvold room

The Pink Haven Coalition is a national coalition of transgender organizers and allies that formed in response to the increasingly hostile treatment of trans and non-binary individuals who need gender-affirming care. The UUA and UUSC are partners in this effort to create networks of safety and support.

UUC has started its own Pink Haven Coalition group to aid and host transgender individuals and their families who have to travel outside their home environments to continue receiving supportive services. If you would like to become involved, you are invited to attend the next meeting to learn about this work and how to help.

You can learn more about Pink Haven in this March 2024 article in UU World:

There is now a UUC Connect group Pink Haven Coalition at UUC. Take a look. Use the "Join" button there to let the group leaders know you are interested in being in the loop.

UUC Connect is our password-protected resource for UUC members and friends. If you do not already have an account, please contact the church office for assistance.
